Getting an error when booking the orders with M&P Logistics as "[API] String or binary data would be truncated".

Hi, today we'll discuss the issue related to the booking with M&P Courier. If you encounter this error in your CSV report, this article will be beneficial for you. 

This error is thrown by the courier because of the product's detailed names, as M&P has the character limit for the product name that you want to display on the shipping label in the remarks field.

Here are some steps that you have to perform in order to resolve this issue:

 1) Click on your M&P courier's integration form.

 

2) By clicking on it, the pop-up will appear. Scroll down the screen and turn off the "Set Product Details in Remarks Field (If Applicable)" toggle.

After that, click on the save button and re-book your orders. Your issue will be resolved by performing the above-mentioned steps.
