Orders aren't importing, showing an error "Delivery charges configuration not maintained in company setting".

Hi, today we'll discuss the issue related to the orders' import via sales channels (Shopify & WooCommerce) that you may face when integrating your WooCommerce or Shopify with Asaan Retail. 





Here are some steps that you've to perform in order to get rid of this:

1) Create a service product on Asaan Retail named "Shipping Charges or Delivery Charges".



2) After the creation of a service product, click on the setting label.




3) Then, click on the "company tab". Scroll down the screen and click on "Edit Company Details".





4) The pop-up will appear on clicking "Edit Company Details". Click on the "Other Details" tab.




5) Scroll down and click on the "Delivery Service Product" dropdown. The shipping product will be displayed in a dropdown; select it and click the save button.




After configuration, re-import the orders into Asaan Retail. By performing the above steps, you can proceed with your order.
