• Book Orders with Courier in a Bulk
  • Step-1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.
  • Step-2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the left > click the Sales tab > Click on the Orders tab from the dropdown menu. 
  • Step 3: Create a new sales order or import orders from your Shopify or WooCommerce. (Daraz orders cannot be booked with couriers)
  • Step 4: Select the orders (Selective or All) and click on the Bulk Actions button at the top-right corner of the panel.
  • Step 5: From the dropdown menu, click on the Book with courier option. 
  • Step 6: In the pop-up window, select your desired courier (for instance, BlueEx courier) and click the Book button.
  • Step 7: After fixing your errors by bulk updating your order status to RTS and adding the complete shipping address to the customer’s profile, repeat the booking process (From step 4). Your Book with Courier Job will be submitted status of which you can check from the notifications panel in Navbar.
    
    
    

Book Orders with Courier in a Bulk

Step-1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.

Step-2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the left > click the Sales tab > Click on the Orders tab from the dropdown menu. 

Or you can access Orders by typing Orders in the search bar on the top.

Step 3: Create a new sales order or import orders from your Shopify or WooCommerce. (Daraz orders cannot be booked with couriers)

Step 4: Select the orders (Selective or All) and click on the Bulk Actions button at the top-right corner of the panel.

Step 5: From the dropdown menu, click on the Book with courier option. 

Step 6: In the pop-up window, select your desired courier (for instance, BlueEx courier) and click the Book button.

Note: In the above scenario, you will get an error because the selected orders are in a ‘pending state’ while only orders with ‘RTS status’ and the complete customer’s shipping address can be booked with the courier. You can always check the notification panel and download the report to view the nature of the error like one given below.

Step 7: After fixing your errors by bulk updating your order status to RTS and adding the complete shipping address to the customer’s profile, repeat the booking process (From step 4). Your Book with Courier Job will be submitted status of which you can check from the notifications panel in Navbar.

Note: If it fails to book couriers successfully, check the notification bar and download the report to identify the error(s). Fix the error(s) as directed (such as missing shipping data, missing parcel/product(s) weight, the order in the pending state, etc).

Note: Once you book your orders with the courier, the tracking number of the booking will be saved against your respective orders in Asaan Retail. The same tracking number will be updated on Shopify and WooCommerce stores if your order was placed on these marketplaces.
