Add a Simple Product

 1) Overview

• Step-1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.
• Step-2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the left> click the Inventory tab > Click on the Products tab from the dropdown menu. 
• Step 3: In the new window dedicated to the products management, Click +Create on the top-left corner.
• Step 5: Enter all the details in relevant fields like:
• Step 6: Add a relevant product picture. (Optional)
• Step 7: Click Create & your new product will be listed in the Products profile.
• Step 1: Click on the product name or picture
• Step 2: Click on the Edit tab (on the top-right corner) to change or alter product attributes. 
• Step 3: Make necessary changes. For example, change the selling price.
• Step 4: Click the Update button on the bottom-left corner of the pop-up window. Your changes will be saved and appear in the product profile.

Overview

To create a new product in Asaan Retail:

Step-1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.

Step-2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the left> click the Inventory tab > Click on the Products tab from the dropdown menu. 

OR you can access Products using the Search bar on top by typing Products.

Step 3: In the new window dedicated to the products management, Click +Create on the top-left corner.

Step 4. In the pop-up window, click Inventory to add a simple inventory product.

A new pop-up window will appear like the one below:

Step 5: Enter all the details in relevant fields like:

• SKU (Mandatory)
• Product Name (Mandatory)
• Product Category (Mandatory)
• Description (Optional)
• Variations (Optional)
• Barcode (Optional)
• Cost Price (Mandatory)
• Selling Price (Mandatory)
• Re-order Threshold (Optional)
• Weight (Optional)

Step 6: Add a relevant product picture. (Optional)

Step 7: Click Create & your new product will be listed in the Products profile.

You can also edit your product by:

Step 1: Click on the product name or picture

Step 2: Click on the Edit tab (on the top-right corner) to change or alter product attributes. 

Step 3: Make necessary changes. For example, change the selling price.

Step 4: Click the Update button on the bottom-left corner of the pop-up window. Your changes will be saved and appear in the product profile.

You can also: 

1. Delete the particular product from your products list
2. Create a duplicate product
3. Convert your product into a bundle.
