Manual Import Orders

To import orders from Daraz in Asaan Retail:

Step-1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.

Step-2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the left > click the Sales tab > Click on the Orders tab from the dropdown menu.

Step-3: In the new window, click on the ‘More’ button at the top-right corner of the screen. Then, click ‘Import Orders’ from the dropdown menu.

Step-4: In the pop-up window, choose your third-party store (for instance, Momentix-Daraz). Then, hit the Import button.

?Note: By importing shipped orders in the ‘Ready to Ship’ state by selecting the ‘Include Shipped Orders’ option allows you to adjust your stock levels when your orders transition from ‘RTS’ to ‘Shipped’ delivery state.

In the advanced options (applicable for Daraz orders only), you can import:

  • orders based on date (of order placement) and/or order status or,
  • order reference number (to fetch a particular order).

Auto Import Orders

Another seamless way to import orders is to check ‘Auto Import’ options while integrating your Daraz store to let Asaan Retail automatically import orders from the Daraz store to Asaan Retail every 15 minutes (at either default location or at a specific location).

You can also turn this feature active by opening your Daraz store in the integrations panel later.
