Supplier Search & Filter

To apply Filter on your supplier records in Asaan Retail:

Step-1: Log in to the Asaan Retail portal.

Step-2: Hover your cursor to the flyout menu on the left> click the Purchasing tab > Click on the Suppliers tab from the dropdown menu. 

Or you can access Suppliers by typing Suppliers in the search bar on the top.

For instance, you have 2 suppliers listed in a supplier profile.

Step-3: To apply Filter, click on the Yellow-colored Filter icon at the top-right corner.

Step 4: In the drop-down menu, you can scroll and add different filters based on:

• Supplier Name
• Email Address
• Contact Number
• Balance
• Category
• Status (Active or Inactive)
  
  

Step 5: Choose the desired attribute(s) to filter (For example, choose the supplier category ‘Camping Gear Vendor’).

Step 6: Click on the Filter button.

We have 1 supplier in the ‘Camping Gear Vendor’ Category. The supplier profile will start showing the record of suppliers under the category ‘Camping Gear Vendor’.
